Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it

In its original packaging

With all tags and accessories included
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at olsenluxe@olsenlux.vip or via WhatsApp. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at olsenluxe@olsenlux.vip.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
